The Chardham Yatra is one of Hinduism's most revered pilgrimages, the four holy shrines of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath in the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand, together with the divine Ganga Aarati at Haridwar and the spiritual city of Rishikesh. Itinerary
Depart Mahendranagar / Dhangadhi → Haridwar / Rishikesh. Evening Ganga Aarati at Har Ki Pauri.
Haridwar → Barkot (Yamunotri base). En route Kempty Falls, Janki Chatti.
Yamunotri darshan (trek / doli). Return to Barkot, drive to Uttarkashi.
Uttarkashi → Gangotri darshan → Harsil. Holy dip in the Bhagirathi River.
Gangotri → Guptkashi / Sitapur. Evening aarti at Kashi Vishwanath.
Kedarnath darshan (trek / doli). Night at Kedarnath.
Morning Kedarnath puja → return to Guptkashi → drive to Badrinath.
Badrinath darshan and Mana Village (the last Indian village). Brahma Kapal ritual.
Badrinath → Rudraprayag → Devprayag → Haridwar. Rest and shopping.
Return journey to Mahendranagar / Dhangadhi.
